Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Returns

To request a return, please email us at ukasamanb@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You may also initiate your return by navigating to the top-left menu on our website and selecting the “Returns” option to begin the process.

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

To be eligible, items must be

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With tags and proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ukasamanb@gmail.com. We’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Personal care items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

For exchanges, simply return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
